A couple of the great features you may not be able to see from the screen shots are (a) enhanced client survey tools, and (b) predictive search capability. I know that surveys can sometimes be a frustrating distraction, but we are trying hard to strike a balance between gathering useful user feedback (which goes directly into our development programme), and not interfering with user activities. Predictive searching is a great tool which basically narrows the potential record ‘answers’ to your query as you type in a free text or permit numbers. Handy and fast.
