Create a shortcut to CS-VUE on your desktop:
Simply drag and drop the small CS icon on the left of the URL bar onto your desktop. From now on, all you need to do to access CS-VUE online is double click the desktop icon.

Automatically enter CS-VUE website URL:
To automatically enter the www. and .com into the Internet Explorer’s address bar and go straight to our site, simply type CS-VUE and press CTRL + ENTER on the keyboard.

Quickly bookmark CS-VUE to your favourites:
Quickly bookmark CS-VUE from all major browsers by pressing CTRL + D on your keyboard. Pressing these two keys together will open the bookmarks or favorites for your browser and allow you to quickly place a bookmark for the page you’re currently at. (See picture)

Full screen CS-VUE:
Make your Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox the full screen without all the toolbars by pressing the F11 key. To restore the window back to how it was press F11 again.

Quickly scroll through a consent view using the space bar:
Quickly scroll through the page, one screen at a time in Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox by pressing the spacebar. Move backup a page at a time by pressing shift + spacebar.

Open another CS-VUE view in a new window:
Open a link in a new Internet Explorer browser window by holding down the shift key on the keyboard and clicking on the link.

Increase decrease size of font with wheel on mouse:
Quickly increase and decrease the size of a font on a web page by holding down the CTRL key on the keyboard and scrolling up or down with the wheel on a wheel mouse.

Quickly find text on a consent view:
Quickly find anything on the current page or frame by holding down the CTRL key and pressing F.

  • This should address the compliance by manager dashboard requirement

• Dashboard by condition
  • Dashboard will display bar graph of all condition managers’ compliance levels as well as permit managers

[private]The CS-VUE team is eagerly anticipating the release of CS-VUE Version 3.0. Users will login to CS-VUE and view a completely overhauled and fresh design, with the CS-VUE functionality redressed to be even more intuitive to use.

The new interface will also make it much easier for us to implement and release the modules we are planning for later this year.

Tier One Features

Tier One Features represent those features that are considered important, must have features that have evolved either from in-house ideas or from client requests. Since some of these features may have already been communicated to clients as deliverables, it is mportant that these tasks are allocated the resources necessary for their successful completion.

Tier Two Features

Tier Two Features are those features that are considered “nice to have” but are not essential to the functionality of the CS-VUE product. The GIS feature is a significant development project that cannot be undertaken at present and hence is considered a Tier Two Feature.

This hyperlink allows you to quickly look up the location of the consent with the help of Google Maps.

The Google location is pulled form the Location field in each consent, and uses standard New Zealand address formats.[/private]

[private] This feature will replace the existing login screen (Browse Page) with information specific to the user who has logged in. This page will provide all the information that is relevant to the user and will save him time in accessing commonly used consent information. The page will carry information on the number of consents, conditions and project he is reponsible for; will provide a list of all consent and condition alerts; will provide information that the user normally gets on his email alerts; a list of the last few consents the user visited or edited in the past and will also give a dashboard view of the compliance of his consents and conditions.
